Bobby Mesmer is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of RMG Erectors & Constructors, LLC, the world’s largest pre-engineered metal building erector. Over the past 15 years, he has also built and successfully exited two additional companies.

Known for his ability to identify opportunity and execute with precision, Bobby takes a hands-on approach to leadership at every level of the organization. His focus on operational excellence, accountability, and building a culture rooted in growth and commitment has been instrumental in RMG’s continued expansion and long-term success.

RMG expanded

    • Closed the year of 2022 doing records of 4.5 million sq ft in buildings erected

    • Recently became a member of the MBMA Association

    • We are in the final stages of AC478 certification

    • We hired 15 more employees

    • We’re on task to have another record year in 2023 in growth and work

    • Continued to expand our growth in NY with our level of work and safety

    • We completed large scale jobs in a short period of time. On April 1st we started a 150,000 sq ft job Spartanburg, SC and are almost completed
