Moving and progressing my business to where I am today was hard, I did this through allot of hard work, perseverance, sacrifice and struggle both personally and in business. I had to boot strap everything as banks don't fund or finance construction companies, that is until you have a million dollars in the bank and then they will consider financing on a case by case basis. Scaling my business was done through patience and strategic moves, like playing a game of chess. I did it slowly, starting out by personally training my original employees, developing their skills and then bringing in new employees and training them personally and then multiplying them through this process into crews. We continue this same process even today. We focussed on work that would sustain our employee base and allow us to grow it carefully and steadily. I kept control of the project management and estimating of all work, again, I still control this to this day. And I do all the business development and maintain all the customer relationships, because its my name on the door as they say.

Through all of the above, I stayed focused on my long term goals and built the empire that is know as RMG. Through the course of running my business I found and sought after unique opportunities, and different ways to do business that would disrupt and change the business foot print as it existed. Growing up in the construction industry gave me a unique advantage as well as unique perspective to the operation and caveats of business in a whole. My eagerness to succeed fueled by my willingness to take risks and my tenacity to drive myself to perfection has brought the success that I have today. But with success also comes failures. So I have been told, I have a very unique ability to see need and fulfill that need, to see opportunity and seize it. To look at a business model, and without listening to the naysayers, do it my way in my approach
